YO8A: yoga with esi
Yoga is a way of life for me and it goes way beyond the mat. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years exploring ways to connect my body and mind.
In 2021 I was awarded a scholarship from Beyond Yoga to complete my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Y7.
My teaching style is calm and direct. I see myself as a guide and companion on this journey. I welcome students of all abilities and experiences.
I offer a variety of yoga classes tailored to the request of the participants. These styles include:
Vinyasa (energetic, warming)
Yin/Restorative (slow, deep stretching)
Adaptive/Chair Yoga (adapted for beginners, a range of abilities and injuries)
Pranayama (breathing) + meditation
Yoga for athletes (injury prevention, enhancing performance)
practice with me
Here are some ways we can meet on the mat virtually:
1-on-1, private yoga sessions (35 mins, 1 hour)
Group and corporate sessions

How to prepare for a session:
Reflect on what you hope to get from the experience (ex. “I hope to learn some relaxing poses.” “I want to learn how to get into crow pose”
Wear comfortable clothing
Have a mat on hand to move on (I suggest getting a soft towel or blanket to cushion knees)
Not necessary but useful: yoga blocks, straps, bolster
